A useful overview of professional networks which shows you have tackled the main theories of networking - what you need to build up to now is how these are applied to your own professional practice at a deeper level. ReplyDeleteHi Hannah, I've really enjoyed reading your wiki and the interesting points you have raised. Talking about being 'Net Savvy' interested me as it was a point I raised in my blog about the web 2.0 reader, it is not always easy to trust what is written publicly on the internet. I was also like you and as we have raised various topics during the course they have seemed unusual to me. As the topic has progressed I realised I use all the theories daily without being aware of them. Networking has been the most difficult topic so far as it all seems quite calculated, however as I have read more into the theories I can see they are not all about self gain. My blog is nearly ready to post so keep your eye out for it and feel free to comment. I hope you are enjoying panto, I'm in the theatre next week so need to get ahead of all this writing! Mimi X
